Two cars below, a loft above.
At the end of the driveway is a two-car garage, painted peach to match the house. Open the door, though, and it's finished inside: a skylit space with a built-in loft over the bay.
The garage is detached and two-car, and built out inside: the ceiling opens to a skylight, with track lighting overhead. A built-in loft with a fixed staircase adds a second level of usable space, and a side door makes it easy to come and go without opening the main bay. Because it stands apart from the house, noise and mess stay out of the living space.
Out front, peach siding and a scalloped gable face the long private driveway. There's room for three cars behind the fence and another one or two out front.

Separate building with its own entrance. Visitors come to a side door instead of the front hall.
